Glory to the highest, I was able to reach a person from Ancestry.com this morning and have to admit they did the right thing and canceled my mistaken order and will credit my card. Office opened at 9am and I called on the dot and still had to wait 15 minutes, but the representative listened to my plight, checked with his supervisor, then told me they would give me a refund. Thank you, WMB

Placed first order online, was told kit would be delivered within 7-10 days. Two days later, After seeing a notice on facebook, it looked like order was not placed, so my wife hits the order button again...mistake.

Try to contact anyone at Ancestry about cancelling second test kit, nobody available from phone, nor a way online to cancel before their reply states "your order is on its way".....wth???? Ancestry.com is fast taking the order so they can collect a 25 dollar fee, but cancellation options are non existent. I won't be using this firm again.

I can't believe such a operation with all its advertising, is so negligent in it's business regimen. WMB/12020

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $132.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Ancestry Cons: Customer service, Cancellation policy as it was not available anywhere.
