Ancestry - OVERBILLED!
DON'T BE LATE CANCELING A FREE TRIAL!!I was just hours late canceling my "FREE" trial and was billed for a full year $99 sub!! Since I didn't learn of the chg. until after 30 days they would NOT refund a penny.
Ancestry - Maiden names
Im paying I am paying monthly subcription, for something I' m not getting answer to. Cant find ancestots correct maiden name. Call ancestry support, spoke woth different employees their, they could'nt help me. I' m going to cancel, been posting, and calling about same subject for years, no results.
Ancestry - Only good for wealthy families who come from big cities
If your just a normal middle class citizen or lower then your wasting your time. You might be able to find a census with your peoples name but not much else. This is meant for people who come from either wealthy or political backgrounds, or if your people lived in a big city.
Ancestry - Don't buy DNA test
Info came back mostly European, some Scandinavian, a little Irish and some misc. doesn't tell me much.
