Ancestry - Continued billling/difficulty canceling

I signed up for the trial canceled before I was to be billed and 6 months later I still being billed. I keep canceling and sending them emails and they continue to bill me and my account continues to be active.

Ancestry Membership Review

The price they charge you for research is not worth it anymore. I've been a member for years. And it was so much easier before they change the program. Now they make you look through 20,000 or 30,000 people before you can get to your personal person even when you have given all the information you have

Ancestry Membership Review

Just purchased and it is NOTHING like advertised, in fact the free version in library was as good. I don't need Ancestry to look up family on old census, but that is about all it provides. It dies not fill names as it claims on tv ad. Want my mobey back.
