Ancestry DNA

Both sides of my family have Indian heritages, I met some of them. My DNA shows 0 percent, upload DNA to other websites, shows I have it. Call and Chat with Ancestry, I was told, it probaly got lost in the testing site. If I want to be tested again, Ill have to paid. Really. My family members shows percentage
