You have taken all the fun out of hunting for ancestors by giving us the answers with your little leaves. I also dislike the set up of how to add info. The old way was easy and looked so much better when into a report. Who wants to see little blue and pink heads on a...

Ancestry - Spoke to a female customer service person.

She helped me with one question and then we got cut off. I was not called back about my other inquiry. I wasn’t “pissed”. I don’t think you need to have a site that’s so negatively titled.

People need to read what they do with your DNA and who else is getting it. What a perfect way to get a National DNA file started on eveyone for the Government and it would be legal because you gave it them.

I tried the free trial and I canceled it the day it renewed and they won’t give me a refund. It’s the most pointless website. The only information I found useful was the info I typed in myself. I’ve just wasted 20 dollars for a month subscription I’m not going to use....

I ordered three of these Ancestry DNA kits for myself and my two daughters for Christmas. Seeing as their father was adopted, they were curious as to what their other half would be. We all got our results and mine was not at all what I expected but it's DNA, how could...

I agree. Ancestory.com was very disappointing! They give you very vague information and then ask you for more money to even email anyone that is a match.
