Have to 'genderize' every ancester that is added. Don't seem to understand Men & Women genders..! Will Not be renewing. Will Not be giving positive recommendations to this DNA ancestry site. Very suspicious practices.

Ancestry - 4 months, 2 DNA kits and no answers
I bought my husband an ancestry DNA kit for Christmas. He’s adopted and has always been curious about his lineage. We submitted a kit on New Years. Got DAILY emails trying to sell us more stuff. After 2 months, they emailed that the kit was contaminated and has us order a second kit. Now 2 months later and still no results. But, he still gets DAILY emails to sell him services.
